Just looking for a bit of feedback regarding map grid references and what’s the easiest to understand on print outs? I want to make them as short as possible while remaining non-confusing. I can’t use the usual 2 digits, as we may have print outs spanning multiple map sheets, and unfortunately I can’t change the format of numbers across the page (long numbers in corners, short 2 digit format in-between). Attached is a snippet of PDF output for context. So what might be best 1203000, 1203000 m, 1203k, 1203, or something I haven’t thought of yet?
